Is all non-smoking and is situated in a quiet road in central Southsea,

with secure parking available for guests at prior notice. So you

will never have to worry about parking in this busy seaside town.

The rooms all have hairdryer, radio alarm clock, refrigerator,

tea/coffee making facilities and are centrally heated. There is

also a laundry service available upon request

Our family suite has a separate lounge with its own remote controlled

digital TV and DAB radio/CD player. We also have a double room with an

adjacent twin room sleeping up to five people and sharing a large bathroom

which are ideal for families or groups of friends

Gunwharf and the Spinnaker Tower are minutes from Clarence Cottage,

also the Isle of Wight hovercraft, continental ferryport, D-Day museum,

Bluereef aquarium and the naval dockyard which plays host to HMS

Warrior, HMS Victory and the Mary Rose are a short distance away.
